Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

 

Shipping Methods

JTS Dynamic LLC ships through reputable carriers, including but not limited to:

• USPS

• UPS

• FedEx

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight

• Package dimensions

• Shipping destination

• Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States where the sale and possession of the purchased products are legal.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any knives, outdoor tools, or sporting goods ordered comply with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to their shipping destination.

 

Restricted Products and Locations

Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific states, counties, cities, or municipalities due to applicable laws and regulations.

• Refuse or cancel orders that cannot legally be shipped to the destination address.

• Request additional age verification when required by law.

• Limit shipment of certain products based on legal restrictions.

If an order is canceled due to shipping restrictions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

JTS Dynamic LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Retain all original packaging and contents if damage is involved.

3. We may assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

JTS Dynamic LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. Customers may be required to work directly with the carrier and local authorities regarding stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

• Refunds may be reduced by any shipping costs incurred.

International Shipping

At this time, JTS Dynamic LLC may limit shipping to the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for:

Signature Requirements

JTS Dynamic LLC reserves the right to require an adult signature upon delivery for certain products, high-value orders, or where required by law.
