Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, and documentation.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• The item must not show signs of use, wear, sharpening, modification, or damage caused by the customer.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or carried knives

• Sharpened, modified, customized, or engraved products

• Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items

• Gift cards

• Consumable products that have been opened or used

• Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.

 

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, customers must contact JTS Dynamic LLC to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

• JTS Dynamic LLC is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

We will replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return process outlined in this policy.

 

Compliance with Local Laws

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any knives, tools, or outdoor sporting goods purchased from JTS Dynamic LLC are legal to own, possess, and receive in their jurisdiction. Returns will not be accepted solely due to local restrictions that were not disclosed prior to purchase.
